REFLEXOLOGY

What is Reflexology, how does it work and how can it help me?

Reflexology dates back many years before BC, this to China, Egypt India and Native Americans. The United States and Europe adopted the techniques in the late 19th century and refined them. Amongst others, Americans Dr. William Fitzgerald and Eunice Ingham are considered to have had the greatest influence in the development of Clinical Reflexology; their writings are still followed today by schools and practitioners.

Every organ, structure and system of the body is mirrored in the feet and hands. Illness, stress, injury or disease causes vital energy pathways in the body to clog up, the body is not able to function properly. A trained Reflexologists can detect these imbalances within the feet and hands and by working on certain points can release blockages and restore the flow of energy.
